What We Do
ArcticZymes develops and manufactures GMP-grade nucleases tailor-made for bioprocessing applications. Using nucleases developed for optimal performance at the conditions typical for viral vector manufacturing helps achieve purer product and higher titers, at a reduced cost. Our SAN HQ is a general endonuclease for removing residual DNA contamination at high-salt conditions (400mM-600mM). M-SAN HQ is a novel nuclease with excellent performance at physiological salt concentrations (100-250mM).
